Q) What is your refund/cancellation policy?
A) There are no refunds available for a monthly subscription or a one-time payment once a payment has been made. If you are a monthly subscriber and decide to cancel your subscription before your monthly commitment ends, you will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. If a show is cancelled, either by the artist or by the venue, there is no compensation or credits for subscribers.
Q) What is the weekly Wednesday members-only event?
A) This exclusive event will take place in the Mezzanine lounge every Wednesday. There will be drink specials, an opportunity to pick up that month’s tickets, and many great perks, such as live music, vinyl nights, and playback from the Thirty One West live archives. Every member/subscriber is able to bring a guest each Wednesday as well.
Q) I’m a subscriber. How do I get my tickets?
A) We will print out tickets for upcoming shows each Wednesday during our member-only events in the Mezzanine lounge from 5p-7p for all active members to pick up. If you are a subscriber who has paid for the entire year in full, we will automatically hold a pair of tickets to each show at the Box Office.
Q) Can I upgrade my General Admission tickets to a Reserved or Balcony ticket?
A) Yes. If you are a monthly subscriber, you may request a ticket upgrade for an event that takes place during the month for which you’ve paid only. If there are upgraded seats available, we are happy to place a hold on those tickets until you pay the difference in price from the value of your GA ticket. If you have paid your annual membership fee in full as either an individual or a couple, you can request a ticket upgrade for any show that season. We also offer complimentary seat upgrades to subscribers who have paid in full whenever there are upgraded seats remaining on the night of a show. This complimentary upgrade is ONLY available to members who have paid 12-months in full.
Q) What are the guest passes, and how do I use them?
A) We will give the allotted number of physical guest passes to each subscriber, which can be used by their guest(s) of choice one time throughout the member’s subscribed period. Should the member’s subscription period expire or be cancelled, the guest passes are no longer valid.
